The paloma is a refreshing grapefruit cocktail for spring or summer traditionally made with tequila.
1 1/2 oz. AGA•VIE
1 1/2 oz. Grapefruit Juice
1 1/2 oz. Club Soda
1/2 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
Pour kosher salt onto a small plate. Rub rim of glass with grapefruit wedge and dip the rim in salt. Combine the grapefruit juice, lime juice and AGA•VIE in glass, cover with ice and top off with club soda.
